Q1-Is stainless steel really rust-free?
It will rust, but not easily! Corrosion may occur in the following situations:
1. Chloride ions (such as seawater, salt spray) → Choose 316/2205.
2. High temperature oxidation (>800℃) → Choose 310S heat-resistant steel.
3. Surface scratches destroy the passivation film → Clean and maintain regularly.
