Q1: Can I order samples of stainless steel products?
A: We fully support sample testing! You are welcome to place a sample order (can be mixed) for quality verification to ensure that the product fully meets your technical standards.
Q2: How long does it take to produce samples?
A:Sample orders 3-5 days to complete production, expedited demand can be handled specially (please contact customer service notes).
Q3:Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for steel strip products?
A: We support ultra-low MOQ - samples can be ordered in single pieces, bulk orders are negotiated according to specifications, and flexible supply to meet your purchasing needs.
Q4: What is the shipping method and time of transportation?
A: Samples/small lots: DHL/UPS/FedEx international express, 3-5 working days worldwide
Bulk cargo: air/sea freight solution (from major ports in China), dedicated logistics team to optimize cost and time efficiency.
Q5: Do you support customized product marking?
A: We provide professional OEM & ODM services: laser engraving, waterproof signage, customized packaging, etc. can be achieved, and can be put into production after the drawings are confirmed.
Q6: How to ensure product quality compliance?
A: Triple quality control system:
Factory level: EN 10204 3.1 standard material certificate (MTC) is provided with the goods
Third party: SGS/BV and other organizations are supported to inspect the goods (cost negotiated upon request)
Final inspection: 100% dimensional tolerance and surface finish inspection before leaving the factory.
Q7: Do you provide customized material composition service?
A: Yes! We can produce 316L ultra-low carbon stainless steel, 2205 duplex steel and other special alloys, provide element proportion adjustment (e.g. molybdenum content 0-3%), need to provide technical parameter list.
Q8: What are the payment methods? Is letter of credit accepted?
A: Flexible payment plan:
Samples: T/T full payment
Big goods: 30% deposit + 70% final payment before shipment, LC forward/spot L/C is accepted (the issuing bank should be a TOP 200 global bank).
Q9: What are the choices of surface treatment process?

Q10: What is the standard lead time for large orders?
A: Layered guarantee based on complexity:
Regular grades (304/430): 15-20 days (can be shortened to 7 days with sufficient stock)
Specialty alloys (customized with molybdenum/nickel): 25-30 days, with real-time traceability of production progress
